I have a bunch of old album covers and I'm ready to start a new serial of paintings. Here you have the first 3 I've made. But there are more coming out!!
Today was the opening evening of a charity exhibition in Gandia (Valencia, Spain) on behalf of the Fundación Huellas.
This organization raises founds to help children sexually abused in El Salvador.
They did the big night today, the Children's Rights Day.
I have two illustrations in the exhibition. Two drawings of popular tales. We had to focus in their rights of the children to do our paintings. I wanted to demand that we should dedicate more time to our children, time to play, time to share. They deserve our attention and our care.
Here you have my two drawings and a view of the big night!
The Opening night will be Friday 4th December in the same gallery, from 6pm to 8pm.
I'll have four acrylic paintings called Four Seasons of Sweetness, where each sweet represents one season.
The gallery opens from Wednesday to Sunday from 1pm to 8pm.
You are free to invite everyone you want to the reception. Also to come and see all the works there anytime.
About a month ago I made this watercolor for a very special person in her birthday. I forgot to scan it before sending it to her, but now I have
Hope you like it!
Today I finished this drawing made with watercolor and tempera and I decided to post it into my zazzle shop.
Hope you like it!
This morning I woke up and went to Dunking Donuts to buy a box of 6 to celebrate my husband's birthday.
He's 30 now and I wanted to give him something special from me.
I made this huge card (11x14") with all my love!
Today I've been working in a logo. It's for a cultural association in Spain. They are building a nice association to promote cultural activities in a small precious town called Gandia.
What do you think about it? Which color would you use?
Sometimes, as I said before, I'm just sitting on the train and suddenly an image comes to my mind.
That happened a time ago with the mermaid. I sketched her in the train and later I painted home. This are the results!
I've opened a new shop where you can buy different designs and products like those below and more.
If you have any comment feel free to post it or send it to me.
Hope you enjoy my designs!!! *_*
Always Chapas is a book Blur Ediciones has published. It's the second time they do something like that. First they have a buzz in Viscom, the biggest visual fair in Spain, showing all the buttons, and then if you have been a part of the book you can have a copy of the book.
I have the designs above in the book. Hope you enjoy them!!
