Rockefeller Center Flag Project 2022 This year they have collaborated with the United Nations Environment Programme and the Climate Museum in New York to focus on what really matters — "Only One Earth". Artists showed how you live sustainably and in harmony with nature, and the daily steps you take towards positive climate action. My artwork "Nature is Watching" was selected, and it will be on display at the Rockefeller Center from April 1 to May 1, 2022.
Community Fridges Since July 2020 I have painted about 12 Community Fridges in The Bronx. I believe this has been a very transforming experience. I've seen the different Bronx Communities change their mentality from being just concerned for themselves to taking care of others in their communities, sharing what you are not going to use and making sure everyone is fed.
Rockefeller Center Flag Project 2020 I was one of the selected artists to design a flag for the iconic plaza. With themes that celebrate love, unity, diversity, and designs that are as unique as they are vibrant, flying from the flagpoles that surround The Rink at Rockefeller Center from August 1-16.Next to renowned artists like Marina Abramovic, Carmen Herrera or Faith Ringgold, my Bronx Flag represents the borough that adopted me when I came to the U.S.A.
